Critical  Outputs
• Service  infrastructure  in industrial  parks  constructed  to  specifications  schedule  and within  budget
• Functional  building  and services  constructed  according to  approved  building  plans ; Functional  utilities  in the  Industrial  Parks
Specifications
• Bachelors Degree  Civil  Engineering  or equivalent  from  a  recognized  university  and a Postgraduate  Degree in Civil  Engineering  or related (such  as  Project  Planning  Management  , Land  Economics  , Urbun  Planning  , Environmental  Engineering  or an  MBA  from a  recognized  institution;
• Formal  training  in Contracts  Management  from  a reputable  institution;
• Professional qualifications /training  in Urbun Planning  Construction/Project  ,Management ,  Architecture, Engineering  is an  added  advantage.
• 5 years  work experience  in Construction  Management  in a reputable institution
• Knowledge  of Government  of Uganda  Procurement  procedures ;
• Must  be  a  registered  Engineer  with  the  Uganda  Engineers  Registration  Board .

Main Duties
• Responsible  for the  proper  coding  and  reconciliation  od all  individual  client  accounts
• Identify  and resolve  all  discrepancies  identified  in revenue  reconciliations .
• Create  , review  and maintain  monthly  client  invoices .
• Monitoring , collecting  and  resolving accounts  receivable  aging  items

Specifications
• A  degree  or diploma  in the  field  Accounting
• A  minimum  of two  years  experience  in accounting  or finance .
• Proficiency  with  Microsoft  Office  applications
• Good  working  knowledge  of accounting  packages

Person Specifications
