Job Title: Marketing Consultant (Part-Time)

Reporting to the Head of Programmes, the Marketing
Consultant is responsible for supporting the Programmes Department through the
management of the Institute’s external communications. This involves regular
updating of Institute’s website and social media pages, as well as through the
design and distribution of new promotional materials to the Institute’s large
professional network, including bi-weekly target email, annual brochures, an
updated promotional/ informational video, capacity statement, billboard
advertisements, newsletters, press releases, newspaper advertisements, amongst
other marketing tools. The Marketing Consultant will also monitor the
Institute’s activities to ensure that they are being effectively marketed.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from a recognized institution, as well as a
minimum of 3 years relevant working experience in the area of marketing in a regional
or international organisation. Knowledge in database management will be an
added advantage. The candidate should demonstrate a high level of organization,
flexibility, ability to quickly learn, understand and conceptualize the
Institute’s mission, ability to work independently and adhere to strict
deadlines, and the ability to thrive in a multi-cultural and
international-level work environment. This position is open to all qualified
