Job Title:  Sales and Marketing  Manager

Responsibilities:
• Create  a strategic  vision  to  achieve  business  sales targets  and ensure that company resources  are  effectively   allocated  .
• Establishing marketing  strategy , objectives  with  company  marketing  and brand  strategy .
• Expansion  of the  distribution network in  Uganda
• Regular  reporting  to the  stakeholders  and  principals
• Any other  duties  and responsibilities  as may  be  deemed  fit  by  the supervisor

Education Requirements
• A  Bachelor’s  degree   in  relevant  area
• Post  graduate  training  in Sales  management  or  MBA  or  CIM  would  be an added  advantage .

Work Experience
• At least  5 years  Pharmaceutical  sales  experience at least  2  of which  should  have   been  at  supervisor  level
• Brand  or product  management  and  development  experience  would be  an added  advantage .
