Job Title: Direct Sales Representatives (40 Vacancies)

Job Location: Central, Northern, Western and Eastern Uganda.

Job Summary:

The Direct Sales Representatives will be responsible for planning and carrying out direct sales activities in order to grow customer numbers.

Key Result Areas:

• Plan and prioritize sales activities to achieve agreed business plans
• Respond to and follow up sales inquiries
• Attend and present at external customer meetings for cross selling opportunities
• Sell all bank products
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• The applicant should hold a University degree attained not more than one year ago
• Ambitious and results oriented
• Very Confident
• A quick learner with a positive attitude towards change and learning
• Ability and willingness to combine a high pressure job and intensive sales
• Work experience is not a requirement.
