Responsibilities:

• To  support  and review   the  project  plans  agree  on  performance  indicators , methods  of  information  collection  and  storage , monitoring  time  frames  and roles /responsibilities  for  SRH/MCH  Country  Programs
• To ensure  that periodic  projects  reviews  are  done  with key  stakeholders/Partiners  and guide  the projects  teams  while  designing /preparing  for  project  reviews  /evaluations
• To liaise  with relevant  stakeholders  and  partiners to ensure that  the  M&E  system  produces  quality  data  required  internally and externally  as well  as  conduct  data  quality  assessments .

Qualifications
• Degree  or training  in Environmental  health , bio-statistical  analysis  and  data  management  .
• Professional   training   in  M&E   with at least  4 years  experience  in designing  and  implementing  participatory  M&E  systems .
• Experience  in operations  research  an  added  advantage
