Job Description:

Uganda Red Cross Society (URCS) the leading National Humanitarian Organization in Uganda and a member of the International Red Cross Red Crescent Movement is seeking the service of an Expanded Program on Immunization (EPI) Specialist for a short term consultancy to support the Uganda Red Cross Society (URCS) immunization programming by providing in-house support to the Immunization Defaulter Tracing Project being implemented in Kampala, Wakiso, Arua and Lira Districts so as to achieve the overall program goal and objectives.

Objective:

Under the general supervision of the Director, Emergency Health, especially working with the Senior Program Manager Community Based Health Care and First Aid, the Consultant will;

Assist the Uganda Red Cross Society in the day-to-day planning and implementation of social mobilization support of the quarterly Defaulter Tracing for Routine Immunization Campaign in the 4 underperforming districts of Uganda where URCS is implementing EPI activities over a period of 60 working days.
