Federation Finance & Administration Officer Job at Child Fund International


Job Title: Federation Finance & Administration Officer
Job Location: Area Office in Gulu District with frequent visits to fields in Kitgum and Agago.

Duties to be performed

Management and oversight on Federation financial resources.
Federation Assets oversight and management.
Payroll management.
Financial reporting.
Ensuring proper accountability.
Supervision of line reports.
Grants management.

Qualifications
A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (Accounting/ Finance), Business Administration (Accounting/ Finance) or any other Finance management related field with a relevant experience.
Partial professional qualification in ACCA or CPA is an added advantage
Certificate in Procurement and Supply Chain Management is an added advantage

Skills and Experience
Practical computer skills and experience with any accounting software is desirable.
Excellent reporting skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Highly flexible and able to work beyond normal working hours, as need arises.
