ZOA is an  International  Non-Governmental  Organization  working  in Uganda  since  1998.

Job duties
  • Maintains  communication  between the program  area and  country  office
  • Is  responsible with  other  finance  staff  that the accounts  are ready by the 15th  of the following  month  in order to report on a timely  basis .
  • Maintains  and updates  filling  system  for all  payment  vouchers  and the  supporting  documents  as well  as for  documentation in the finance  office.
  • Manages  program  support  staff  , evaluations  and appraisals  and advises  the program manager  on HR  matters

Requirements
  • Degree in Accounts  or  any  relevant  qualifications  in the field  of finance .
  • Proven  experience  of over three  years  in accounts , administration  and  logistics
  • Good command  of English  and Swahili  will be an added advantage
  • Good  computer  knowledge  , especially  MS  Excel  and any  accounting  software
