Qualifications
- Degree in development studies, agri-business, economics, education or other relevant field .
- At least three years field experience in the sectors vocational training , income generating and/or organizational development of rural Institutes
- Experience in promoting youth empowerment through civic engagement , and youth development initiatives
- Experience in IGA group initiatives
- Familiar with Project Cycle Management
Competencies
- Organizational sensitivity
- Good planning and organizing skills
- Good report writing skills
- Able to work under pressures and meet dataline
- A stable person , who is self motivated and can work with little supervision
