Academic /Professional Qualifications

• Honours Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Sciences/Management/BLIS (Information Science Option) from a recognized Institution/University
• Masters Degree from a recognized University/Institution in any of the following:-

1. Information Technology with a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management
2. Information Management with a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management
3. MLIS with a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources Management
4. Human Resources Management with a Postgraduate Diploma in Information Science/Technology

Essential Skills/Competences

• Excellent computer skills
• Good Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Data analysis skills

Experience

Not less than 3 years of work experience related to Information Systems Management

Working Knowledge of the following:

1.         Human Resources  Information System

2.         Records Policies

3.         Universities and other Tertiary Institutions Act 2001

4.         Higher Education Information Systems

Age Limit:          Below 50 years

Tenure of Appointment:         Permanent Terms of Service
